Giving Blood Saves Lives Mr. Erik Drennen Dear Mr. Drennen: Thank you for hosting an Oklahoma Blood Institute blood drive on Thursday, May 20, 2010. It's vital to have strong community partners, such as Mays Home Health-Wetumka, that see value in dedicating time to organizing blood drives and encouraging donations. This is no ordinary community partnership. Among the 22 people who participated in your blood drive, 19 were able to donate. This means life-saving blood was provided to our neighbors, co-workers and family across Oklahoma with your support. Please express our special appreciation to Paulette Layne for great effort to make this drive a success.
