Dear Regina and Skip:

On April 29, 2010 I had a total knee replacement at Summit Hospital in Van Buren and was released to go home on Saturday, May 1, 2010. I am a relative new comer to the world of home health care, having become eligible for Medicare in February 2010, and did not know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised, however, in that Mays Home Care showed up on Monday and began assisting me and my wife with the changing of bandages and the monitoring of vital signs. In addition, Skip Baxter, from Physical Therapy Inc. showed up the same day, analyzed my situation and assigned Hollie Soehlman to work with me on my physical rehabilitation.

The purpose of this letter is to thank Mays Home Care for assistance from Candice, Willie and Sheila and Physical Therapy Inc. for the coaching and guidance provided by Hollie. In my book, all these people are very professional and I would recommend them to anyone requiring these services. Thru their efforts I have now been released for six (6) months and received compliments from my Doctor on my recovery status. This would not have happened without the assistance from these individuals.

Having working in industry for over 40 years I know that everyone works for money, however, in my opinion, these individuals deserve a special pat on the back for doing a very professional job in representing your respective companies. Thanks again for your help.
